“This was an experience that I was dreading”

I have recently had a new bathroom courtesy of Tippers. This was an experience that I was dreading as our house is a 1 bathroom house and only 1 other tiny toilet to meet our needs. I shouldn’t have fretted because I was in very safe hands.

The first point of contact were the highly efficient, professional and courteous front line staff who monitored and supported the whole process from start to finish to ensure everything ran smoothly. Time was taken to qualify my needs and present a solution, helping me visualise how best to fully utilise the very limited space available.

Offering guidance when needed, the sales staff used their wealth of experience and knowledge to provide the perfect solution, managing to transform what was a small, dark room in to a sparkling and luxurious ‘retreat’. The quality of the fixtures and fittings was second to none and the sales staff skill in being able to optimise our surroundings has resulted in us all now being able to wash away the stresses of each day with our ‘spa’ like experience.

 The fitters were very professional and industrious, taking control of the whole situation and removing any anxieties that I may have had; nothing phased them, even on discovering 3 of the walls had rotted away, they dealt with this large set back with a positive gusto, ensuring that everything was finished to perfection, not only on time, but ahead of schedule.

Having a new bathroom fitted is thankfully a once in a generation experience and I am so pleased that Tippers were there throughout to support me through this and turning what I believed to be a potentially dreadful experience into what was ultimately a magnificent achievement for all involved, the result of which I take pleasure in every day; quite remarkable.

Our tiny family bathroom has been transformed by Tippers excellent service and extensive product range. Paul’s expert redesign helped us make the most of the space and we were encouraged to pick products we loved (unlike other retailers who steered us toward certain products!) Paul and his fitting team helped us problem solve along the way and we are thrilled our new bathroom; beautiful, high quality products at a competitive price and delivered with great customer service.
